Can't leave Sanctuary for Atlas At Last mission

Quest says go to Meridian Metroplex. I am at the right planet. The drop pod is not active and the quick travel port on the ship only lists the ship as an option to go to. Known bug? Am I missing something? Is there anyway to move forward. (Not level locked is it and I need to knock off a few side missions on other planets?)

You need to go to Meridian OutSkirts. There is a Gate to Meridian Metroplex. You must complete to capture the Base to spawn in that area.

You cannot fast travel to Meridian Metroplex until you have follow Lorelei to the Gate.

If I can't get off the ship to the planet I can't go to the outskirts.

So if in the map menu (M), if you press X to zoom out to the galaxy view, do you only see Sanctuary, or do you also see Pandora as an option? And if you do see Pandora, is Promethea there? If it's not but Pandora is, then it sounds like you may need to go to the Sanctuary main deck, interact with the keyboard in the middle of the room (press E), and choose to navigate to Promothea so that the drop pod appears.

I would have to double check but I tried flying the ship to make sure I was at Promethea (I had just done a side mission for a burger joint there). I didn't know about Galaxy view. The weird thing is even if I am at the wrong planet my drop pod (which is usually the gateway to go down) is inactive. My fast travel on the ship has never shown anything other than the ship itself as an option.

Try using X to go to galaxy view in the map. If you've already done the burger mission, Promethea should show up in that view. It can be a bit confusing at first. The drop pod is only required once when coming to a new planet, after that you can use the map and zoom out into galaxy view to choose your planet, and from there, choose your fast travel point which might be the drop pod that took you to the planet for the first time.

Hi, from what I can tell you need to scroll back to the orbit view. In the menu select the Map, then hit the X key (keyboard) or Y button (gamepad) for the whole galactic map. Then select 'Promethea' for the list of available zones on that planet. The Map always defaults to the zone you are in & Sanctuary, remember you can't access the HQ until you are told to go there, in the main story.

I pressed the X button and it works but I want to know how you guys know about the galaxy view. There is no indicator on the map telling me to press X. I have a 3440x1440 monitor but have calibrated the safe space in options to make the UI fit more to the center of the screen.
Are there more options on the map that I am missing?
