^ Yep. Even so (you're welcome to disagree), the consensus on the Unkempt Harold in BL3 is that it is inferior to the BL2 (original) counterpart. If you want something along the lines of the UH, go for a Prompt Critical. Still trying to farm one myself in M6 but haven't been very lucky and well with the limited event finally active, going to be trying other sources to farm a M10 one.

Prompt Critical can drop form any sources but has an increased chance of dropping from Evil Lilith in Castle Crimson (Psycho Krieg DLC).
