Just tried a Kaos, great gun, but be prepared to die, I have seen lots of complaints about torgue weapons self inflicted damage, but they don't come close to this.

One of my favorite weapons in the game. The Kaos is pure chaos. Just make sure you fire it from a distance, lmao.

agree it is just fun to use but even at mid range I still have ice shards flying back at me but I still use it

Using that combo now. The Transformer absorbs a lot of the shock damage feedback from the Shock Kaos. Works well.

For really close quarters work and the Close and Personal challenge, I've been using the Hellwalker or the Reflux. No splash areas on them. You have to put up with them occasionally launching the enemy. Too bad there wasn't a skeet shooting achievement, it's fun to kill them as they arc through the air. The Reflux chains enemies together too which can clear all the enemies near you fast.

I can't wait for the OP to discover Moze with Torgue Cross Promotion, Splash Damage Radius on her class mod, and Area Damage on her artifact with a Complex Root.

I can't even fire the Root, turn 180, run away without dying to my own splash damage.

Also, bonus points for having the purple Torgue shotgun, Protuberance, which when in radiation with Torgue Cross Promotion can clear the entire final bridge of True Maliwan Takedown in one shot, lol.

Embrace the splash damage and accept Fight For Your Life as a way of life (and death) lol.

Zane has a skill that completely negates all damage done to himself by himself and his weapons. he could use it without worry, regardless of the element if you have the skill inherited. sad I'm unable to use it with my Fl4k because of that same reason, however.
