Is Arms Race a battle royale?
I thought you would fight with other users on a map with a lot of players ... but it seems that it is a survival mode against random AI enemies

Sorta. It's a PvE variant. You can fight the boss at any time even though the Murdercane is closing in.

GBX said early on they were against a battle royale mode so they made this instead

It's more like the survival dlc of Division 1 (but pve only)
