Cannot Connect to Host

Any fixes for this? I haven't found an actual solution from Google but it's apparent this was an issue even 11 months ago.

I try to join my friend, I fail. They try to join me, they fail.

Also, for whatever reason I see duplicates of every friend on BL3 - Which looks to be their Steam account & their Shift account. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything.

We kinda sorta figured it out, among the three of us, the other two are on their own LAN and I'm across town on my own network. They can group together just fine, being that they're on the same network but I couldn't group with them.

However after port forwarding and such, I was able to host for both of them and even a 4th teammate. Not sure if that helps or not, but if you want to host BL3, make sure your ports are open!

we did ports we tried lan we are even on the same ISP with one of doods
no amount of ritualistic behaviour helps

the game literally goes offline for the duration of join the second i accept invite or press join
the icon gets red cross, the shift menu says og you are offline

it's definitely worse than the networking from borderlands 2, how they go backwards is beyond me

Gearbox doesn't care. Have you and your friends download Radmin VPN, setup your own private network then play via the LAN option. A friend and I have to do that in order to play together.

Good idea, I'll look more into that later!
