All my BFFs, how does it work?

I wasn't able to really test this with friends, but i wanted to try a health regen / support build for fl4k and wanted to know how the skill works exactly;

If i regen 25% of my max health per second, do my friends regen 12.5% of their max health or of my max health? And does outside healing / regen also stack? (Like the rakk attack healing augment or the multi-vietamin shield)

AMBFFs, with 3/3 XP, will give 100% of your regen to pet, 50% to friends.

if i am not mistaken thy get the regen/health you have .
so for instance if you regen 1K health/sec and you have AMBFF max out so thy get 50% thy will regen 500 health/sec .
and yes the shield regen for multi-vitamin and rack attack and such shoud stack .
