Star DLC from game menu
What is the difference by starting a DLC by using start dlc in the game menu before launch the game ?

It starts you out as a higher level and you go immediatly to the DLC instead of the whole intro sequence on Pandora. Bear in mind if you are in True Vault Hunter Mode this may not be true about higher level.

i don't speak about create a new character system but on the menu with you current character you can select a dlc on the game menu

The option to select the DLC in the main menu just seems to make it a priority option. You can still select a DLC by activating it from within Sanctuary III. I personally see no difference, I just go and do each one of them after each other.
