Catch a Ride bug?
The loadouts never save, and when I do customize one an say, disembark for a time and than hit "F" to Respawn the vehicle from another Catch a Ride it summons one of my other loadouts, specifically number 3. no matter what.

Could be worse. I have a glitch where Catch a Ride presets don't save, so I have to reselect build options when I use a Catch a Ride. It has been broken for months, and at this point I just figure this is a Gearbox Working As Intended Forever Bug that will never get fixed.

I think you an me mean the same thing by "presets" and "loadouts"

Probably. What happens for me is:

Decide to customize the Outrider. Colors, weapon load out, etc. I hop in that, take off. Then, no matter which slots the Outrider is in, it goes back to a default build, AND slot one, no matter what it is (regardless of vehicle chosen,) ALSO becomes the default Outrider build.

If I was using the monowheel and come back to respawn?

I get the default outrider.

If I was using an outrider with tesla, etc?

I get the default outrider.

Let's say, in frustration, I decide I will just go into the full menu and directly select my build?

Build 1 and 3 turn into the default outrider. No special wheels, original color, original weapons.

Build 2 and 4, if they are the Monowheel or Technical, keep their custom loadout. If they were custom outrider builds... they become default outrider builds.

So, now cheezed off, I decide to just use the monowheel.

I come back later on to respawn that.

... I get the default outrider.

At this point I mostly try to avoid using vehicles as much as I possibly can, and I've stopped replaying side missions that are dependent on using vehicles. Not a big deal.

(edited to fix / clean up vehicle names. I couldn't remember because I use vehicles THAT infrequently now.)

yeah were definitely experiencing the same issue, my problem specifically, my first 2 load outs are default buggy, 3 and 4 are customized monowheel and technical. even when I change the parts, colors, etc. - When I go back to a catch a ride it all resets to how it was. and if I hit respawn vehicle instead of going into a menu at the catch a ride, it automatically spawns my monowheel loadout.

Well.

I don't want to disappoint you, but I've had this bug for as long as I've owned the game. I bought it shortly after Mayhem 2.0 was released in late April.

I don't think it is going to get fixed any sooner than, say, issues with FL4k's Head Count or myriad other issues. I've just learned to work around it.

I got the game when it came to steam, same day. I didnt notice this bug during the 40 some hours i played during that time. I took a break for a little over a month and im continuing now. Thats when the bug started for me, just recently.

I just wanted to make sure I wasnt going crazy and that it is indeed, a bug.
