Reset DLC Quest Levels
I triggered the DLC missions way before I planned on it and half of them are scaled for level 13, but that's now 14 levels beneath my current character level. Is there any way to reset them short of starting a new game?

I don't think you can but I noticed that as soon as you finish the intro quest, the rest of the dlc automatically scales to you regardless of whether you have mayhem or not. It's just the first area might be set low because you accepted it low but the rest of the dlc isn't ruined. I just did this with handsome jack's dlc where the first bandits and loaders were level 15 but as I advanced to the next loading area they went up to my level (35'ish).
