I notice the game sometimes specifies "free grenade", like Fractal Frags specifies the clone drops a "free grenade" when killed. However, FF and DTM don't specify "free grenade" when talking about the grenades launched by DTM or thrown by the clone via the FF kill skill.

I have trouble telling (yes, I do need new glasses, so telling while playing isn't easy)... do any of these effects actually consume grenades from my ammo?

On an unrelated note... I apparently just killed a trio of sewer dragons in The Anvil? I got a Creeping Death for my efforts. Do the dragons have specific drops to look for? The wiki isn't great at connecting named targets to probable drops.
