Very annoying background voice that keeps repeating

As decent as the game is, I find this background voice that keeps saying things like "Vault hunter fiend is here" or "the vault hunter is reloading, now your chance" etc etc, That voice is driving me up the wall. I hoped I would have got rid of if once I completed the main story, but no, it still frelling repeating.

Why add this this voice in the background, I don't remember 1 or 2 having such an annoying voice that repeats itself every so often. Its very distracting.

is there a way to get rid or it?

Thank you, I have that gun, I wondered where the voice keeps coming from. I guess its time to ditch it for something better. As that voice just gets really annoying. Love the gun, pity that its attached to an annoying voice.

So... you never used the Bane or any of the other talking BL2 weapons/shields, eh?

I can listen to Tyreen ♥♥♥♥♥ at me all day over using the Bane for 2 seconds

its not even a particularly good gun and this is on PC so you can tamper with the specific audio files for that gun and remove or mute them
