Legendary Artifact drop rate based on Mayhem level???

I'm trying to get an artifact with Movement speed + Magazine size + Action skill coodown... Where would I farm? I've notice Gigamind drops a lot of artifacts, but don't want to potentially waste time on him. And while I'm at it, my perfect role would be Snowdrift Loaded dice: Movement speed + Magazine size + Action skill coodown...

Does increasing to Mayhem 10 benefit me for this? Or would I be better to drop to Mayhem 4 as example?

It depends on how fast you can kill him on Mayhem 10. Mayhem 6 is recommended, given its the minimum for some unique gear items to drop.

I can't find data on drop rates. Specifically, I'm looking to see if it only matters for weapons and anointment or if this extends to artifacts.

Artifacts aren't affected by Mayhem levels, only player levels. So farming at M1 would be the best choice for speed farms
