instant death
am i the only one who just die instantly without fight for your life? is it bug or what?

There are few reasons for that:
-some game mechanics kill you instantly
-there is a very-hard mayhem modifier that removes FFYL almost entirely
-if you go down too often FFYL bar goes down faster and faster to almost instant

it's instant without changing anything, everything was perfect and now even after relunching the game it's instant without ffyl bar,

Weird, got to be some nasty bug then. Mb verifying game files could help. Or check again if you did not use the Rogue modifier...
