Issue with 100 percent complete

I just completed the dlc and all challenges but its telling me for some areas i have done 14/15 24/26 but all challenges are complete even vestige area says 100 percent complete

you might be missing some red chests or have not found all areas.

100% completion has everything to do with the sub menu (hitting R on the challenge menu). There you will see red chests, locations, fast travels, missions (in the main game), etc. You can see what exactly you are missing by hitting that button. :)

Thanks for this did not know, It may be i cant see the buttons as the UI on ultra wide is broke and things are of screen.

I've done all the things on each map but it's only The Blastplains and Crater's Edge that I can reach max on, the other 4 maps are missing 1 point for some reason.

If you press R on the map you are missing red chests mabye

Nope. It says I have found everything and the planet is 100% complete, but at the challenges it still shows that i'm missing something in every map except The Blastplains and Crater's Edge.

Yeah, I checked and saw that I was only missing 1 red chest in 2 different maps after I finished the DLC so I went to get them but it wasn't enough, hence me posting in here last week. I can provide screenshots if needed.

100% completion has been buggy since launch on Epic. They know about it but don't seem to know how to fix it.
