Is there any specific spot to farm Phasezerker, Bounty hunter artifacts aside the World drops?

They're both supposed to drop from Hag of Fervor in the Trial of Fervor (Skydrowned Pulpit).

IMO Trials are truly the worst place to farm. Actually that’s not farming at all, that’s just running the trial again.

I’ve had Phasezerker drop from Gigamind a few times & it’s such a quick farm.

See, that’s a farmable boss fight... nice. Now that the bounty missions spawn 100%, farming sloth still sux but it’s way faster, now if I’d get a good drop for the peepee grenade

Well OP has asked specifically for non world drop locations, and the only known dedicated drop source is the trial. That doesn't make it a convenient farm, but that was not the question.
