All voice is horrible. Then again, all gameplay sound is horrible too. Especially when you fight badasses and annointeds.
I suggest muting the entire game. It is improved that way. Which is really sad...
My reasons are irrelevant frankly, if you cant answer my question dont bother responding.

Make sure to read the description because the nexus mod is outdated, you’ll have to grab it off the GitHub.
I find every character rather funny. Also prefer the twins this way, as its how most city born kids act these days, and a reminder why i live in the country.
However, in BL2, Handsome Jack managed to be both annoying AND funny. In BL:TPS Zarpedon managed to be annoying, yet also serious, respectful, completely dedicated to her cause (to the point of madness). Both of them had some redeeming qualities. In both of them, even if you disagreed (and not everyone does) you could still see how from their perspectives, they were the heroes.
Whereas Tyreen is just "fingernails on a blackboard". There's never a point where Tyreen ever gets it right. Yes, she thinks she's right, just as Jack and Zarpedon did, but with Jack and Zarpedon ... there were times in their interactions where you could say "yeah, okay, I see their point there, I don't agree, but I still see how and why they got there". There was a resonance between how they felt, and what the player perceives.
With Tyreen, there's none of that. She's an entitled, spoiled, selfish child, who's world view is completely wrong. Her whole deal is that she's mad at her father. That's hardly satire, it's just poor writing.
In BL2 and BL:TPS (and even in BL1) the back story for the game said "There are deeper mysteries here. Yes, on Pandora, the rabble squabbles and fights over trinkets, but ... something deeper is going on. There are ancient secrets to unravel".
In BL3 ... nope! None of that is true ... it's all just about a girl with daddy issues.
serious villain with little personality. died anticlimactically but at least b1 claptrap robot revolution dlc allow us to fight claptrap revived zombie siren version of her (still not sure which parts of b1 claptrap dlc are canon and which part are just lulzy wacky non canon stuff...)
b2 jack is charismatic, annoying, funny and also tragic while also add so much to the lore together with his siren daughter angel. they are both the best villains of the series. angel is more like a tragic victim, but her naivety of trying to please her father (until she realized her father doesn't really care for her, only wanf to exploit her power) also lead her to manipulate a lot of people that jack wanted to exploit until he no longer needs them and dispose them off.
b1.5 zarpedon is similar to stelle yet also has justified cause why she wanna blow up elpis and she also had a sick daughter iirc and cares for her dahl soldiers.
b3 calypso twins are cringely annoying and designed more like straight up copy paste caricatures of cringey trolltastic amateur real life influencers that are 100% annoying and 0% funny. very bad compared to previous borderlands villains.
i'd prefer if the twins is just replaced by a non sapient raid boss lord of all skags or something that while it has no dialogues, it at least feels like a giant unnatural disaster threat that had to be stopped asap, adding some serious tension to the story. or maybe choose the ultimate form of b1 destroyer since borderlands lores implies it is the ultimate villain of the series even if the destroyer behave more like plot device than an actual character (at least its not super annoyingly unbearable like the twins...)
Move on people.
