Struggling to find marker location in 'Load reactor' (Angels and Speed Demons)

Can anyone help me figure out how I get underground?

When you go forward Tannis will guide you. You send a minecart to explode the locked door. Then you have quite a bit more to go, enemies to fight. You'll go up an elevator, loop around and then wil enter a large warehouse where you shoot a pipe on the ceiling.
