What audio mix makes music louder?
The music in BL3 is really quiet compared to the dialogue and sound fx. Any audio settings increase the volume of the music, besides obviously just turning everything else down?

why dont you just make the Dialogue and Sound Effects ingame quieter and increase your overall Game Volume?

I did, music is still a lot quieter, and i'd rather have a natural way of making the music louder instead of blasting my speakers

Well, as far as i am aware of, there is no other way besides this. You have to adjust each Sound Branch individually, and if you are already at the Maximum, you need to pump up your system Sound and make everything else Ingame quieter. Or.. you could use some Sound Software, such as Dolby's.

It has also some sound mode mix option of Mono / Hi-Fi / Small Speaker / Night Mode which affects how the sound engine is mixing the sounds, maybe try one of these, though none of them was satisfactory to me. The music volume is indeed too low. Also I've seen somewhere else that if you have Win10, fiddling with Spatial Sound might help because apparently the game can work with it too. Not sure if this will affect how music sounds.

Imagine putting all that effort into making dynamic interactive multi-layered music for the game, that mixes the parts of the track in and out on the fly depending on what is happening in the game, only to have it sounding so low!
