Copy game files from epic to steam...?

hi,
first i have to say sorry for my english skills, but i hope you can understand what i try to say.

i bought bl3 from epic store and now i want to switch to steam and bought it again on steam store. i tried to copy the game files to my steam libary to skip the downloading process, but it doesnt work. ( my download speed is very low )

Do you guy´s have any advice to transfer that data ( not the save game) ? is it possible to copy some files like fonts,movies, etc folder to steam ?

it's important to copy the files before you click install on steam otherwise steam will overwrite everything if you already started the download
