How to travel to Ascension Bluff?

I picked up the revenge of the cartels quest and it requires that i travel to ascension bluff. The travel system is really borked, since there is no indication which planet is ascension bluff on. But after some googling, i found that it is on Pandora, so i travel to pandora, but the cargo bay, drop pod is inactive. No clue how to get off of the ship. The fast travel system, only shows sanctuary.....

Help!

when on the map screen, look at the bottom of the screen, you will see a legend there that shows navigating key press options

Press [X] to zoom-out to Galaxy view > Select Planet, then location.
