Is it worth doing all of the DLC on your first playthrough....
.... or should I wait til TVHM? Pretty sure I'm going to do it all, but wasn't sure if it was worth it to wait for some reason...

in the past games it was worth it to wait, but in BL3 yes dlc is worth it in normal because mayhem mode will scale the enemies to you, it unlocks at the end of first playthrough so ya can use it right away with the DLC

I played both DLC's on my first play through and it went great. Everything stays on your level.
