Is it just me or did they nerf cryo/radiation damage?

Cryo/rd/adiation guns don't seem to do as much damage as they used to.

Are you sure your not just hitting enemies who are resistant to them? I havent seen any change in dps unless I go on a much higher mayhem level.

Try new rocket launcher from Joe. Shoots a lot of radiation balls. I just one shot Votan on Mayhem 10 with this toy.
