Help With Angels And Speed Demons (Spoilers)

Last time I played, I was with a group, half asleep and we ended up calling it quits while the above mission was in progress. I started it up again today, and the log marker says to go to Roland's Rest.

So I head there, and once I arrive the marker points me back to the fast travel terminal (but the map still has the mission marker where I am at Roland's Rest.) The mission text says to digistruct Vaughn's technical. but I have no option to do this that I can see. Hitting Q at the local catch a ride simply respawns the last vehicle I drove, which was a cyclone.

Anyone know where I'm supposed to be at this point or how to get Vaughn's technical back so I can continue the story?

If you haven't figured it out, sounds like you're at the part where you drive the technical back to Roland's Rest. Can you go to Sandblast Scar it's behind roland's rest on the bridgelike area should be a way to go inside.

If that doesn't work sounds like you may have to go through Konrad's hold or if you can use fast travel to sandblast scar go there. That's where you drive vaughn's technical.

Wow I didn't know there was a way to sandblast scar from Devil's Razor! That hadn't been explored on my map. Unfortunately I can't access it, no "E" prompt to travel. Can't go through Conrad's Keep either, the door to the shaft is locked for me. I have a feeling that starting the mission in coop messed things up for me in single player... I'll give up for now and try joining somebody else doing that mission.
