WTF happened to my health?
Pretty much what i says. When I quit yesterday full health, today health bar will only go half way. Anyone else getting this? Or is my game bugged?

Did you equip a Shield/Artifact/Skill/etc that reduces max health?

Lile loaded dice

There are items you may equip that reduce health as "insurance," to wit: Front Loader legendary shield:

"You could always use a little more life insurance– Reserves 60% of maximum health and returns it as shield capacity. "

Sorry should have said I did not change anything from yesterday using transformer, have another shield that reserves like 60% and adds to shields, put that on and health went to 0. Switched back to transformer and and still half health .

(painful grimace) If it's as you say, then the possibility is that your save got bugged. My first playthrough, my save got bugged so Moze's action skill became COMPLETELY unreliable. Luckily, when I scrapped that aborted playthrough attempt, I was only level nine or so, so grinding past that on the second playthrough was not too great a cost. However, that may not be as palatable an option if you have significantly more progress than that when you are having this problem. Trolls were NOT helpful in resolution of this.

It is my sincere hope there's an answer that you may find more acceptable than starting over. I wish that I had more to offer.

I hope so too,I'm In TVM and just got done with atlas.

OMFG. TVHM is a bear. I haven't done that in this game yet, but if past games are accurate measuring sticks, no: I would not want to scrap a TVHM playthrough!

check your skills, class mod, stone relic, shield, etc

alot of stuff will trade health for a damage boost for specific items, shield capacity, or whatever else

Ya Moze has a specific skill that reserves part of her health and adds it to her shield.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Since you are playing Moze, you likely put points into Thin Red Line in the Red tree. That's what sucking off your HP bar to add to your shield bar.

Not really worth it until you can take Desperate Measures down the same tree, that will pump your damage depending on how much health you are missing and since you are missing A LOT of health due to Thin Red Line, you get a big weapon damage increase.

You need a way to heal your shield, though...

Honestly, just putting 2 points in before that is pretty decent, since your max health is still above the healthgate threshold, and there's a lot of benefits to shields over health, including stuff in that tree. Putting 3, or even 4 with a class mod is where it starts to get real risky, since you risk getting 1 shot by powerful attacks, even though you'd generally be tankier overall. If you can get a bloodletter mod, even better.

You can also get use a COM to push TRL to 5 points, leaving you at 1HP for maximum damage and avoiding the use of a Deathless relic, but yeah you can't health gate and can be frustrating sometimes, it also makes the last tier skill unusable(unless it still works in FFYL).
