hope for Gearbox to find a solution and patch it, even players with very high-end pc got the stutter problem

It's been 7 months since initial release now. While they have improved performance overall, they can't seem to completely eliminate stutter. I've seen youtubers with 2080tis get microstutter. For example when you loot a loot tink backpack, that slight stutter seems to be baked into the games code and there is no real way to 'fix' it.

I'm afraid it's not going to change now. If there was an easy fix it would have been done months ago. The devs were talking about optimization recently but I feel like that was just to tell people what they wanted to hear. Maybe I'll be proven wrong and in 2 months all stutter will be finally gone but I doubt it.

You can do things like add -NOTEXTURESTREAMING to launch options to eliminate some texture streaming stutter if you have 8GB or more VRAM. Make sure echocast is switched to OFF in social, set party to local and not play online (online has more stutter), switch between dx11 and 12. Some people get less stutters on one compared to the other. Lower volumetric fog to off or medium (it is the most demanding setting in the game by far). All of these things can make the stutter happen less, but not remove it fully.

For me this parameter -NOTEXTURESTREAMING
my reloaders completely eliminated

-NOTEXTURESTREAMING will solve stuttering, but also increase loading times by a HUGE amount. Its not a fix, its a workaround for poorly coded game.

I don't care about the loading times as long as the game is running
and the loading times will not be that much longer

Its not an issue till you start farming some bosses. You will spend more time with loading than killing :).

Well, continuous streaming of totaly everything in an action game is a poor design as a start. It stutters for me again and again even just using slot machine without moving character or camera in a solo game on any settings.

And yeah, waiting for more than half a minute to load sanctuary is also not nice once you complete main story part. The game really pushes me away in many ways ..

You forgot to mention a very critical part about this tweak. You'll need 16GB Ram and 8+ GB Vram (depending on graphics settings and resolution).

Everything turned to ultra except volumetric fog at 2560x1440p resolution uses around 8GB Ram and 8-10GB Vram on my end. Hence why it's recommended to have atleast 16GB Ram and a GPU with 11GB, just to be on the safe side, or else the stutters will get worse. It's really unfortunate this only works on higher end systems with plenty of memory.
