So, is there any way to figure out which of these you've read? The map markings don't change in any way. I thought I read them all, but I'm not getting the achievement and I can't find any way to figure out which ones I may have missed.

Go into galaxy map, hit challenges tab, then R

If you have read them all, go to Sanctuary and hit the one in Tannis place a few time until the achiev triggers


If you are missing some

Do the same for each planet challenges tab, find the planets missing some, then do it for individual maps

Which version are you playing?

The map icons do change on the PC version.

I play PC and they look exactly the same to me, before and after. I did notice last night that I can no longer read ones I've previously read, so that's something, but I've seen no change in the icon.

There's a subtle change in icons on pc for me (like going from normal to bold or something like that) - but anyways:

Check in your logs which you are missing, if you have them all go to Sanctuary and try Tannis' slab there a few times.

If you haven't interacted with them, the icon should be like a triangle with an outline around it (i.e. it has a darker bit separating the outline part). Once you've triggered it, the icon becomes fully filled in.

I just found one I hadn't noticed before in Ascension Bluff, and looked carefully at the before and after icon, and I do now see the change. It was subtle enough that I hadn't spotted it before. Thanks, everyone, for your help. Love the Steam community.
