Moze's Wrist Watch: Does it indicate how fast time passes in-game?
I just noticed that her watches really races. In about five seconds IRL, thirty seconds pass on her watch…or does the watch have no bearing on game-time? Come to think of it, I can't recall ever seeing a sunrise or a sunset, either.

the watch's speed may be based on frame rate, as mine is locked to 60 and the time ticks up at the same speed as real time

I noticed that in some zones time never passes at all, which is a big deal when you're using the Night Hawkin. Moze's watch flat-out ceases to function in those places.

I just noticed that on some maps, Moze's watch is inactive. Her watch displays 24-hour time, by the way, which is the way I have my OS time set, unlike most Americans (I was military for the first twenty-four years of my life¹).

¹ One day, after my separation from service, I woke up after a drunk. My watch was set for 12-hour time, and I said, "Oh, fawk! I'm an hour late for work!" I drove like mad to work, not noticing that it was dark out, that I was twelve hours off, and was puzzled that when I got to the store that all the lights were off. When I foggily realized what had happened, I resolved to keep 24-hour time thereafter. Never made that mistake again.

Too bad there is not a setting to have that watch match PC time. Would be a nice quality of life update.

Hoping I covert 12 to 24 back and forth so often with friends and family that I don't have a surprise like that. But understood, you deal with it so long it takes a bit to fully convert (if ever).

Well, the reported event took place last century, so I wouldn't exactly say that it took me a long time to adjust. It's been over twenty years, maybe more than thirty, so I wouldn't say it took me too long to adjust…especially considering my military experience.

It literally states in her wiki, that in and after the mission The Great Vault the watch will speed up and remain in that state until you start a new game.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
