Go to spendopticon in Handsome Jack DLC, it has 4 ammo vending machines each one near a fast travel, try farming them and reloading the map, repeat, ya gotta be far in the DLC story to access all them though

if u use vampyr on moze just use any homing(tracker) nade you find. if it also splits its even better cuz more heal

And is the best Atlas damage gernade.

And it's insane, lol - it's a god gernade.
1 grenade that splits into 20 hits, seeking grenades and does a total of 38k damage and you blindly throw them while you shoot.

It's the best way to make money in the game - you just get a money doubling trinket and use the two of them, the money scales with the level of the enemies.

It rains millions.

I did Cartels no money going in and had 90,000,000 coming out.

money isnt a problem at all, even without those things.... its maxed and i have no use for it anyway XD

I dont have much for tips how to get them... I always keep my eyes open at what Atlas gernades are in vendors - everytime.

I found the money one while the event was active when vendors were only giving rare and legendary items.
I found the other while farming Cartels event in the first vendor when you start the quest.

It might be me but it sometimes felt like the day of the week increases the chance of a band to be more common on sale in vendors.
I had a day of no Atlas next day they were common in the rare vendor item slot.

What effect do you meen or just simply having the Weapon?

Mayhem modifier: More Than Okay Boomer - Grenade Damage increased by 25%, Enemies drop grenade ammo when they die.

It's just fun spamming garnades...

Oh i think i got a good version of the Grenade, it has Anoited: start with a skill regenerate 1 Grenade and now i understand what you meen because i play it in different language.^^
