15 runs, no O.P.Q. Did they change something?

I did 15 Joey runs no on Mayham 4 and the O.P.Q. didn't drop. Not a single one. I got several nopewpews and yellowcakes (think about 5 or 6 each), but the O.P.Q. won't appear. Did they change something to the droprate? 15 runs and no drop is so much bad luck, that I don't believe it.

You just had bad RNG at that moment. You will get it if you keep farming.

I found it easier to farm the final fight with Josie Byte in it, since it seems only she drops it. If Josie doesn't appear in that fight, I'll quit, restart, and fight all the way to Joey again. If she does, then I die after defeating her and picking up what she dropped. If she appears in that final fight, she'll always show up when I respawn. I had a few OPQs drop yesterday, one with the anointment I needed.
I think the Tenderizer drops NoPewPew, FishSlap drops Yellowcake.

What you can do (if you can handle it) is go to the Claptrap boss on M10 in the Jackpot DLC and farm the crap out of the little Claptraps as they all can call in the Cartel. You get heaps of the Underboss spawns here.

Go to impound deluxe, I got a level 53 O.P.Q about half way through when I was at it, the only one I found so far, I'm gonna go back to it soon and try to get a level 57 one

The NoPewPew is also great I got a level 56 one of it so far

Drop from : Josie, Franco firewall, or joey

As they told you, the best way is to make to the bosh and one of them is Josie or Franco. When you killed either of them, let the boss kill you or fast travel to the entrance. Start the battle again, repeat, repeat and repeat.

I find going friend friends more likely to get a drop and then clone that gun.

Well the loot system is still broken and Gearbox obviously doesn't care that we can get like Mayhem 1 guns on Mayhem 10.
But if you want to farm the OPQ. Go to Villa Ultraviolet and proceed as usual until you get to Joey Ultraviolet. Now you enter boss battle and you want to have Joey, with Josie Byte and Franco Firewall in this boss battle. Or at least one of those. If none of those two is present, quit to main menu and reload. You don't have to find the mask again once you get back into the game, just rush to boss room.
Now while fighting you want to kill Josie and Franco, but leave Joey alive. And then either kill youself (quick but expensive), or Quick travel to the start of area and run back.

Exactly. Coming with a squad is good too, 4 times the chance.

I did it this way and got 5 O.P.Q. in half an hour. Not the annointment I want, but I'm fine for the moment :) thank you very much again.

OPQ has seemed to have a lower drop rate than the rest of the event legendaries the whole time for me. Not sure about others.

Usually I get one OPQ system in 10 runs or so (playing on M10).. One time, i dissabled Mayhem to complete a challenge, i killed two underbosses (in a single run) and both of them dropped OPQ system... So don't worry about it too much
