Barbaric Yawp + Scorcher + Friend Bot COM = 4.6% (can make it 5% if you'll get 10 / 5 mod)
Self Repairing System = 1.5%
Turn Tail And Run = 0.9%
Who Rescued Who = 2%
Class Mod and Relic both with +272 hp / s (for my 17k HP flak what would be 3%)
Ward shield 4% (when depleted) + 5% after AS end.
That was over 20% hp / second, plus resistance from Hive Mind and Shared Spirit. It kinda felt like Blue / Gree tree Amara.
Unfortunately the damage output wasn't that great as you had to sacrifice a lot of damage dealing things (Splash damage, Mag size, Crits, +Elemental anointments on your shield and / or grenade et...). And your only extra damage would come from +115% radiation anoint and maybe grenade anoint as well. ASE isn't good at all for Gamma Burst since it lasts for a while and have rather long cooldown.
So i gave up on this build and moved to Rakk with +100 ASE guns and +Elemental damage on ASE on my shield and grenade and it was so much better. This only proved me my own conviction: In this game Damage > Survivability. With this build i could compete with two of my Amara builds, damage-wise. And it feels kinda unusual having elemental flak too, thanks to aforementioned Barbaric Yawp + Scorcher + Friend Bot combo.
So i'd say it's worth getting down the blue tree until at least Shared Spirit but you better use Fade Away or Rakk as your damage triggers. Also Stop Gap with AS shield break anoint + Rakk feels hilariously broken.
And no, Crit Flak + Stackbot IMO is overall superior build for pure damage.
