calm, cool, collected is a skill, not action skill ;) it's a passive...
meaning, when you freeze an enemie (no matter how you do it) the skill procs :) i use this to keep my skills up (zane can freeze everything by just looking at things funny)
works best with the 100% cryo anointment though (drone)
does it nullifie the anointed :" on action skill end"
because idk if it counts as an extension or end&new start of the action skill
When your action skill ended and is on cooldown currently then this skill will terminate the cooldown immediately. Then you can use the skill again and when this ends it should trigger the annointment.
for amara, when you activate it. (others i don't know as i only play zane and amara atm)
zane has great anointments though ;) best are for the drone (i find the clone ones a bit anoying to use and also hardly use my clone anymore after the jackpot mod)
