Shift account not connecting to steam?

so ive been trying to get some golden keys, and i have a shift account and signed into it via steam, but in game it tells me to go online that im in offline mode(im not) cant even sign into shift in game because of this

ive had bl3 for about a week now, shift in my browser says its linked to steam, but ever since i got it the social (where you get the golden keys) says offline and that i have to be connected to shift, i dont have a good enough connection for multiplayer, i just want the golden keys

Shift is very erratic. My game even crashes every time it goes down so yeah, just wait then redeem the code again

any luck so far? I've had the same problem and have been in contact with gearbox support but no luck. Their current solution is that i need to call my ISP even though everything else on my internet is working fine.

yeah found the solution. when you are IN GAME, that is when you hit the social, everything will show up then, i just posted the fix
