Voltborn in Negul Neshai doesn't spawn

Do I have to do anything special to make it spawn? It's the only rare spawn enemy I need to kill.

Make sure you go deep enough into the area, maybe kill a few kriches. I've seen them with my own eyes and have the achieve, they do spawn, i had similar issues with another one of the rare spawns. If you keep farming you will find them.

I just got it to spawn, there are 3 generators in the cave, 2 are already on, just shoot the last one and it spawns. Thanks though :)
