The case of wainwright jakobs bugged *Solved*
The holotape is behind the wall and is not accessible I have been trying to find it and get past the wall for an hour. Am I the only person affected by this?

i found it! it was the shelf i am just not as smart as gearbox thinks i am, 2nd floor right next to the waypoint.
