cant discover all locations at konrad's hold

says i have 11\12 locations found even though ive found everything and i googled for the names locations spots on the map and i went thorough everything 5 times and its still stuck on 11\12
any help on figuring out whats the problem and how to fix ?

did you discover the ( Circle of Slaughter ) in konrad's hold there was in the map
there is also part of the achievement ...?

yup i did ive discovered everything and when i go to challenges all the un-discovered areas are already discovered

and u r sure u have discovered the Circle of slaughter? (ive litteraly had same problem 10 mins ago. and found that i missed the entrance to the circle of slaughter on that map)

yea i did when i entered it did said discovered just entering and i went in this mape for like 20 minutes idk what was the problem but i got all locations at the end
