It's the best way to keep ironbear up for most of the time, you wont keep it up infinite but that video build will help do all content as a ironbear only build

Not possible in vanilla.
" is there killskill or something to increase time?" yes, but it become less effektive the more u use it.

Yes, unlike salvador in BL2, you cant spam your skill. but iron bear is very strong.
However the skill last very long and decay slower when ur not shooting.

It's Deadlines, Middle top of the beginning of the Demolition Woman(Blue) Skill Tree.

And you can almost be forever in Iron Bear. Just depends on your gear, how I'm doing Mayhem 4 with ease.

With Deadlines 3. You may get additional 50 fuel to your 100 starting fuel. There are charts in the internet describing the deminishing return. I may be wrong, but infinite doesnt seem possible.

with the Rocketeer class mod you can get autobear to last until it comes off cooldown again, it doesn't get targeted that much but for me I use it, get out of it and it stays there until it comes off cd again. then you can just do that again and again so it does sorta end up like a semi permanent turret. it stays active longer than the cooldown.
