If you have your games backed up locally, they'll all work perfectly in Steam in Offline Mode as long as there's no extra DRM. Denuvo-infected games, however, will be gone for good.
I know the first time you launch the game Denuvo requires online activation but once that is done you should be good to go.
-This is false. Any time you attempt to run the game offline, even after activation, the game will not run. It will tell you to go online to play. Even for single player content.-
UPDATE: Sigh. So I stand corrected. I logged in from a wifi. Booted the game up. Got in. Then shut it down. Then when I went back out to my post (where I have no wifi) I tried the game and it launched just fine. Note that I did change my mp settings to local only. So either that may have something to do with it, OR there some undetermined amount of time where you have to login online every so often to play the game.
