Does health gate exists on this game?

Saw a video on Youtube where the person was one-shotted with full shields and health. Just wondering.

From my experience, no it does not. There have been plenty of times I've been one-shotted while at full shields & health. Plus there also a unique badass psycho named 'One Punch' that can kill any player regardless of level in one hit.

That sounds like a gun description. Something like health exists at gate or soemthing.

health gate exists just like in other borderlands titles. play a bit more and you'll see it plenty of times

Yeah, that's about right. Health gate doesn't exist or is extremely buggy
