Amara skills Bugged/Broken?

Started a Siren playthrough and went down the Brawl tree and I've noticed something odd with the following skills: Find your center, Helping Hand(s) and Samsara.

All of these skills say they should last between 15-20 seconds but in my experience they're lasting not even half of that. I can maybe get a few seconds benefit out of it before they wear off.

If someone could maybe provide an explanation for this or tell me if its a bug or something that'd be great.

They are working right for me, just to be sure I wasn't counting too fast, used a stop watch. Helping hands was actually lasting 17 seconds after cast instead of 15 though, interesting..

Gear has an impact too but yeah, I think dev'd did this on purpose other wise speed would last too long and make Amara speed builds too OP. But, maybe the duration depends on the amount of stacks you may have.

The "Wrath" skill for Amara looks bugged, the gun damage says "increased after using action skill" but the numbers are the same, am I missing something?
