"Getting A Little On The Side" Achievement Question
Since I can't find a definitive answer to it: Are the prooving ground and the Maliwan raid also required for this achievement? Or these kill missions? I got all others and it didn't unlock for me yet (yes, even Slaughterstar 3000).

Proving grounds are required, I am not sure about the raid since it came out later.

AFAIK it's every achievement in the base game. I unlocked it before I had finished all DLC achievements

Proving grounds are required, Maliwan Takedown is not. Got the achievement after the circles of slaughter and before Maliwan Takedown.

EDIT: The link above says they proving grounds aren't but they were easier than the circles of slaughter which are on the list.
