So, definitely put your laptop on a cooling stand. Spend $20 for a USB fan (Amazon) if you want. Then muck around with "set affinity" and see if that helps any. Your processor is rated up to 105 C, so 90 C is not such a big deal for you anyway. Less is better of course.
also there are fan stands or something like that.
This is your answer ⬇️
Raise your laptop higher from the surface. Use laptop cooler.
Use power filter.
Check nvidia control panel that you physx processing is assigned to gpu.
Try "-NOTEXTURESTREAMING" launch option (no quotes) not sure if it has any effect on cpu though.
Note that temperatures up to 90 degrees are still considered "ok". Make sure you don`t have any stuff near exaust port though and don`t run it for too long.
You can probably find some software to limit cpu frequency or perhaps your laptop has an underclock cpu option in bios.
I really hate how modern laptop now built, most of them have built in battery hopefully your laptop have removable battery when gaming.
Lower the settings of BL3 and use powersave performance in your laptop.
Disable and uninstall some Windows 10 bloatware. Seriously Windows have a bunch of useless software like Cortana and their tracking information software.
When playing disable some programs like Google Chrome.
High temps are normal for laptops, they don't have the cooling capabilities of a desktop. As already said, never buy a laptop for hardcore gaming, whether you need a laptop for university or not you can still purchase a desktop for home and have a cheaper laptop for school. Buy a cooling pad, that's about all you can do.
