High temperatures
I found my laptop reaching very concerning temperatures while playing BL3. I have TUF Asus with these specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3750H
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX1650 4GB
16GB RAM
500GB SSD
1TB GB HDD
The cpu reached 88/90 C° with very low settings, even if my pc can run it at mediuim settings pretty well. Any suggestions? It reachs these temperatures only with this game. It usually remain between 65/70 C°, and rarely 80 degrees.

Normal. Never buy laptop for "hardcore" gaming.

I game on a laptop. My CPU gets package temp to 90 C, but it's supposedly good up to 100 C (Intel Core I7-8750H). I set the laptop on a cooling stand and position a USB fan behind it, blowing air under the stand. I also set affinity to turn off 4 of the 12 cpu cores. Without doing anything (other than the stand), temp gets up to 95 C ... still below red line ... and GPU stays relatively cool at below 65 C.

So, definitely put your laptop on a cooling stand. Spend $20 for a USB fan (Amazon) if you want. Then muck around with "set affinity" and see if that helps any. Your processor is rated up to 105 C, so 90 C is not such a big deal for you anyway. Less is better of course.

Laptops are for being on top of your laps, not for playing. Choose suitable software that heats your laps to comfortable temperatures and doesn`t burn them. Play on PC.

I'm looking for some tips for reducing the temperature OR if that's normal for my CPU

I have a Tip: Buy a PC.

also there are fan stands or something like that.

It is normal when running demanding applications on a laptop. It does not have sufficient cooling.

This is your answer ⬇️

Use compressed air to blow dust off of your cooler.
Raise your laptop higher from the surface. Use laptop cooler.
Use power filter.
Check nvidia control panel that you physx processing is assigned to gpu.
Try "-NOTEXTURESTREAMING" launch option (no quotes) not sure if it has any effect on cpu though.
Note that temperatures up to 90 degrees are still considered "ok". Make sure you don`t have any stuff near exaust port though and don`t run it for too long.
You can probably find some software to limit cpu frequency or perhaps your laptop has an underclock cpu option in bios.

Add a better thermal paste of your laptop if you know what you are doing. Honestly I don't how you use your laptop, like most people posted on this thread play the laptop on well ventilated area but most modern laptop have poor thermals.

I really hate how modern laptop now built, most of them have built in battery hopefully your laptop have removable battery when gaming.

Lower the settings of BL3 and use powersave performance in your laptop.

Disable and uninstall some Windows 10 bloatware. Seriously Windows have a bunch of useless software like Cortana and their tracking information software.

When playing disable some programs like Google Chrome.

Just because someone gives you an answer you don't like doesn't mean they aren't helping.

High temps are normal for laptops, they don't have the cooling capabilities of a desktop. As already said, never buy a laptop for hardcore gaming, whether you need a laptop for university or not you can still purchase a desktop for home and have a cheaper laptop for school. Buy a cooling pad, that's about all you can do.
