Weird Stutter when turning camera
So when I turn to the left or the right, the backdrop noticeably stutters on occasion. Steam does not, however, register an fps drop (running with fps counter in a corner). The game seems to run flawlessly on higher settings as long as I'm not moving the camera. I'm running at 70+ fps at all times. I have tried: turning all graphics settings down, turning texture streaming to ultra then restarting, changing dx11 to dx12. In the benchmark, even with higher settings, the game seems to run fine. Any ideas as to what is going on?

I have also made sure to update my graphics drivers, btw.

More info: specifically noticeable when both moving and looking around. I'm looking at a pole near the starting area and it jitters all over the place.

@Nite69 Seriously, this is just a known issue? I haven't found this talked about anywhere else. If so, outrageous for such a high budget game!

Yeah, when I load into a large areas I look around and wait for all the textures to load before proceeding sometimes. Check out optimization videos such as; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6FWiVwq1fI

Ok, so I figured it out for me just by experimentation. Thanks for the help guys, but it's a weird one. Although my mouse seems to turn smoothly in game regardless, the backdrop might be somehow synchronized to my mouse polling rate. Seems insane to me, but might make sense to someone out there. I have been running it fairly low (125 reports per second) to deal with other game optimization, but this game seems to hate that, lol. I raised it to 1000 accidentally while seeing if my mouse dps made a difference. This was absolutely the issue. Really weird since there was much less noticeable stutter when just looking around as opposed to moving and looking around. I hope this helps someone else if they have this issue.

I'm not kidding, BL3 has been out for 6+ months on epic and several problems from game launch are still happening even on the just released steam version

its actually amazing that steam reviews are still doing good dispite the problems it has
