Help! I cannot fast travel or drop ship out of Sanctuary!

Hello all,

I just finished the second vault and was asked to go back to Pandora. After sending the ship back to Pandora, the drop ship won't work. It will spawn, but there will be no gate for me to go to in order to leave.

Also, fast travel will only let me travel to Sanctuary. Is there a way for me to pull up the planet map on Sanctuary and fast travel to a different location? I can't seem to find an answer in the game, and I believe I should be able to do this. If anyone can help with the controls or how to leave, it would be much appreciated.

Open the map and press X - the map of the planet will open - press X again - the map of the galaxy will open.
All control keys are signed on the map in the lower left.

This can always be done from the character’s menu, without using a fast travel station

Don't take this the wrong way but did you guys even read this thread? The answer has already been posted.

“ After sending the ship back to Pandora” <- this is the root cause of the problem, well that and not reading ;)

You start on Pandora with a working fast travel system, there’s no need to fly the ship anywhere. From Sanctuary III, “m” for map, “x” for galaxy & select your destination planet, click to zoom in and fast travel

That fixes the Map, But doesn't fix drop or trade.

So here is a summary...

Drop-Ship = One-Way-Usage for the first visit of a planet
Your Map / Echo-Device = Traveling to every know Fast-Travel-Station
Fast-Travel-Stations = Traveling inside of a planets area and back to Sanctuary

REMINDER:
Sanctuary also counts as a "planet". So if you try to use that Fast-Travel-Station on Sanctuary you will only find the avaliable Fast-Tavel-Stations on Sanctuary... which is only the one you are trying to use
