Baron Noggin glitch?

Target of Opportunity Challenge question - I ran into Baron Noggin and killed him and immediately after was "given" the Target of Opportunity challenge. However, he is still on my to-do-list, I didn't get "credit" for his kill and he's not respawning. Anyone else run into this?

Bit Overdue, Sorry !
Doing 4th character (FL4K) and got same issue...
Got Zero to tell me not to play by the Barons rules...
Did not had the chance to get him under one of the markers to make acid come free over the Baron...
Killed the little Baron...
Got the rewards, but mission did not finish... Is last challenge to get all challenges in this map...
Went to Sanctuary, Returned to challenge map, got same speech by Zero but Baron is not here...

Restarted the game from desktop and challenge was registering again, went there and killed the baron and finely finished the challenge ;)

Baron Noggin will appear even you have kill it.

If it did not work. Try starting the game until Noggin appear. You might have to do multiple tries/attempt. Just like the one near to ending game, there is also a bug.
