Vip Tower red chests and fast travel.
I found a locked room next to the elevator and connected to the final boss room, in which I was able to see loads of gold/cash, but how do you get in and are the chests and the fast travel in there? Searched the whole tower for an hour. Its the last things I am missing to 100% the DLC. Some help would be appreciated. :D

I restarted the game, had to fight the boss again and now its open.
