Floodmoor Basin Locations BUGGED 14/15

A quick google search shows that this has happened to others before (found a few people talking about it on the gearbox forums). After discovering/reentering every location within the Floodmoor Basin -three- times, the locations found remains at 14/15 and is preventing me from getting the two related map exploring achievements. Post in here if you are experiencing the same bug.

Got the same problem.

I found a map with all the 15 locations, I went to each one in a single game (including the Jason Waterfalls) and nothing. Stuck at 14/15.

So am I stuck or is there a way to make the 15th location pop ?
