(DLC) How do i start the mayor's sidequest?

Thanks but first i need to start the quest. I know where the pieces are but i dont know how to begin the quest, like where do i start or if i need to speak to the mayor, which i did

You do not start it as far as I know. It is like Zer0's Targets or Typhons Logs a spawn event / collectible. So basically as soon as you met the mayor and Trashlantis' tailor you can start collecting them

You dont need any quest. Go to the location and kill the guy there.

Ok. Thanks. The problem is that i visited all areas and the objective didnt start. I will try again

Nothing happens yet, at the locations. Must be bugged.

Not really. It’s a rare enemy. If he isn’t there, leave the area so the enemies respawn and try again.
