Controller Support not working.

Borderlands 3 isn't reading my Xbox Controller. Thought since it's on Steam now, I'll be able to use my controller but it's not even responding. Steam seems to be able to pick up my controller but Borderlands 3 the game itself can't for some reason. Any ideas?

So what you need to do is pair your controller to your pc, then got to steam, steams settings, general controller setting, then select what type of controller you got the just click detected controller, click Identify, then calibrate. Then you are all set to play the game with a controller.
