Do these work together consistently? So once i cast my AS, and the enemy is killed, the new enemy that is linked also used TTB?

I ask because when I use Singularity, it doesn't work once TEF hits a new target.

These are separate skills, you can't use em at the same time. Personally i prefer Eternal Fist cause it works better with skill that makes your bullets ricochet to nearby targets and simply because it lasts longer.
Also if im not mistaken TTB only links targets that are neaby by the moment of activation and it won't connect with newly spawned foes. With TTB you also better grab a badass enemy otherwise your grasped target will die before you'll get a chance to cause significant damage to linked ones.
