Hotfixes not applying

My hotfixes doesn't seem to be applying, sometimes it does, Im think the hotfixes connects with the shift connection, but is there any way to fix it? or must I just wait till shift servers fix their crap again?

The Hotfixes. Hotfixes are like Patches where it changes things in the game like buffs or nerfs or such. In the game, you'll know if the are applied if you see a sign in the main menu on the lamp post behind your character saying "Hotfixes Applied". I can tell the hotfixes are not applied since some of the buffs/nerfs on some guns are not visible, such as The Lob, usually after the hotfix The Lob shoots 3 projectiles and deals about 8000 dmg (note: this is a level 53 Lob), right now for me it just shoots 1 projectile and deals about 900 dmg only, losing the extra 2 projectiles and the 900% dmg boost from the hotfixes, this kinda sucks for some, such as me, who runs a build using The Lob or any other guns.
